For every event, we rent a villa to be our Home Base for 7 nights. We choose from the best homes that we can find in order to provide you with great rooms and also space for the entire group to meet during the daytime for various activities happening at Home Base.

Once we’ve formally enrolled the minimum number of participants for an event (4 people sleeping at the house), we proceed to secure the best possible accommodation for our event. 

Generally, the limit for guests staying at the house is 8, most commonly organized for 1 double room for a couple, and 3 rooms with two or three single beds each. We will work with our enrolled participants to establish the final price of accommodation for each and secure payment. 

At this moment, an event is considered CONFIRMED and we can no longer reimburse guests in case of a cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy).

If we’ve already filled the Home Base villa, or you would simply like to find other accommodations (hotels, bnb’s, etc), you can still enrol in our program and then procede to book your own room in the general vicinity of our Home Base. We can assist you with this process too. 

Once we’ve established our Home Base for an event, we give final confirmation of the event to our participants and we publish the news on our website. Anyone can still enrol in a confirmed event once this step is completed, with a maximum limit at 20 people.
